This last Sunday, members of the Common Criteria User Forum (CCUF) gathered in Qatar for the 26th CCUF Workshop to discuss several pertinent topics, including the ISO updates, iTC support, and the CCRA.
atsec continues to be a proud contributor to the CCUF, and we were delighted to sponsor the coffee breaks and lunches throughout the workshop – there was quite an impressive spread available!
Our very own Michael Vogel and Joachim Vandersmissen also continue to lend their expertise, with Michael serving on the CCUF management committee and as deputy chair for the Network iTC, and Joachim serving as deputy chair for the Dedicated Security Component iTC.
Working with the CCUF, we’ve been providing comments to the draft EUCC Implementing Regulation most recently, as well as CC: 2022, the CCDB Cryptographic Catalog, and many technical committee (TC) and working group (WG) documents.
This made it particularly exciting to meet with everyone for a workshop day ahead of the International Common Criteria Conference (ICCC) to discuss the work that’s been done as we prepared to head into an amazing line up of presentations and panels.
atsec will be giving three different presentations at the 23rd ICCC, along with participating on a panel – you can find the times below!
Looking ahead, atsec is poised to provide additional Common Criteria services, as atsec Italy has recently been accredited as a testing laboratory under the Qatar schema. We know how much value CC evaluations bring to our customers, so we’re eager to see the future where the CCRA and the EUCC co-exist.
We’ll see you there!
